This past weekend in Panama City Beach, FL. was back to a little more normal racing conditions. It is always difficult to get the boats on and off the beach, and as my friend Dylan Osborn said, “it is the people that make each weekend possible, fun and memorable.” It took the entire “Wolf Pack” (you know who you are) to make the racing easier and enjoyable. I can’t thank them and the rest of the race family enough for everything each of them does to help me do what I do, and make this sport awesome!

I don’t feel my results in Panama reflect my performance. Once again this year, Panama brought out the Gremlins for me and I had mechanical issues 2 out of 3 motos with my best finish being 5th in the second moto. Never the less, we are not yet half way through the season and a lot can happen between now and West Virginia. The Pro Am Stock class has been at least 10 deep with fast and talented riders this season; most notably my Yamaha, Dean’s Team, RIVA Racing teammates; the Aswar brothers, Brian Baldwin and Troy Synder who finally got his first moto win of the year and a podium this past weekend. Sparks, NV. is the next round of the Pro Watercross Tour and I will definitely have everything running smooth by then. Last season Sparks marked my first ever podium in the Pro Am Stock Class!

So I have a few weeks of downtime before I’m racing again, with our Hydrocross Tour race in Tavares, FL. coming up in less than two weeks, followed by an Aqua X race in Jacksonville, and then off to the desert in late June for Sparks. Just enough time to get my Yamaha FZR SVHO dialed in for some high altitude flat water, get my Elite Blacktip mats installed, take it to Action Yamaha in Bradenton, FL. for a checkup and load it in the Optima Racing rig for a road trip out west!

I want to thank my other sponsors StreetModa.com Designer Fashions for Less, Paul at Exotic Signs and Kaotik Racing for helping to make it happen in 2014 and give shout out to Ronny and Pro Rider Watercraft Magazine family for all they do for me and the PWC Sport… enjoy the video and Thanks everyone!

See you in Tavaes, FL. May 31st-June 1st

The story about this one is that I’m at a National Guard drill this weekend, but due to the Government Shutdown that is in progress, we have absolutely nothing to do. Most of us are just spamming our phones and shooting the breeze, but I thought I would take the opportunity to see what I could come up on the fly in Reason.
I kept things pretty simple here. It’s just reason and nothing from sonar, and the track is fairly rhythm based without much melody. All in all, I think it’s a good drum and bass track, though.
Let me know what you think! 🙂
